Ace Studios IS A TALENT TRAINING SERVICE. THIS IS NOT A TALENT AGENCY CONTRACT. ONLY A TALENT AGENT LICENSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1700.5 OF THE LABOR CODE MAY ENGAGE IN THE OCCUPATION OF PROCURING, OFFERING, PROMISING, OR ATTEMPTING TO PROCURE EMPLOYMENT OR ENGAGEMENTS FOR AN ARTIST. Ace Studios IS PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM OFFERING OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN AUDITIONS OR EMPLOYMENT FOR YOU. IT MAY ONLY PROVIDE YOU WITH TRAINING. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONSULT CHAPTER 4.5 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 1701) OF PART 6 OF DIVISION 2 OF THE LABOR CODE. A DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TALENT SERVICE THAT IS NOT RESOLVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ARTIST SHOULD BE REFERRED TO A LOCAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, AS APPROPRIATE.      

By paying with a credit card, and entering your address, name, and phone number, you have entered into a contract with Ace Studios to provide you with training for one year. You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing via email, within 10 business days from the date on your receipt, or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. To cancel this contract, email a signed and dated copy of your intent to cancel to Ace Studios at admin@acestudiosla.com or call (818) 850-9856 for further instructions. This can be NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF 10 days after said receipt, or 10 days after the date of the beginning of utilization of service. As this contract is executed in part or in whole through the Internet, you may cancel the contract by sending the notification to: admin@acestudiosla.com You may NOT obtain a refund after the 10-day cancellation period described above (in paragraph 5 of section 1703 of Labor Code 4.5) has expired.

As stated on our "Policies & FAQS" page, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all normal workshops purchased. Specific instructions for cancelling other types of workshops/classes will be noted if they differ from our standard policy. You MUST cancel 48 hours in advance, and if you do, a credit for the amount paid will be issued for furture use at any time. If it is within the 48 hour window, the credit will only be issued IF the spot is filled by another actor before the start of the workshop.

If you choose to cancel your membership, all fees you have paid for your membership must be refunded to you within 10 business days after delivery of the cancellation notice to the talent service.

PLEASE NOTE: All information is current as of when the Casting Director is booked for the workshop. If they change office/projects, we are no longer responsible.

Ace Studios reserves the right to terminate membership at any time. By submitting information, the actor agrees to release Ace Studios of any liability.
