ONLINE Videogame MoCap Casting Director: Julia Bianco Schoeffling!
Casting Director Julia Bianco Schoeffling, specializes in voice and performance capture casting for the interactive industry. Casting highlights include VR game Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, Don't Nod's Tell Me Why, featuring the first playable transgender character in a video game, and Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. Other released titles include The Outerworlds, HBO’s Westworld: Awakening VR, Cyberpunk 2077, Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Crash Bandicoot: Insane Trilogy, Crackdown 3, Halo Wars 2, State of Decay 2, Super Lucky's Tale, ReCore, and Square Enix cult favorite, Secret of Mana. We’ve also had the pleasure of providing casting services to trusted brands like PayPal, Circle, and BMW.
Our new ACE VO online Zoom workshop format will be:
- Before the workshop, Sara will pass along scripts/sides for the participants
- You will record yourself voicing the side, and email Sara your mp3 file(s) (The deadline for emailing Sara your mp3, will typically be 5pm two days before the workshop. If you are a late sign-up, you can send in later and will work that out with Sara :)
- Sara will pass along your audio files to the guest director who will review your mp3s before the workshop
- In the workshop, our guest director will give notes on the audio files, both on performance and home audio quality, re-directs if they so choose, and engage in a Q&A
