Christy's Lesson Plan For All Workshops:
- ACTORS WILL BE SPLIT INTO GROUPS, EACH GROUP HAVING THE SAME SET OF SIDES. THIS GIVES THE STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE HOW A GROUP OF ACTORS CAN HANDLE THE SAME SIDES DIFFERENTLY.
- CHOICES - GOOD AND BAD
- CREATING ENVIRONMENT, MAKING THE MOMENT BEFORE COUNT, AND LOOKING AT PURPOSE
- WHY THE WRITERS WROTE YOUR ROLE INTO THE SCRIPT.
- CHRISTY WILL ALSO INVOLVE THE ACTORS IN THE CRITIQUING PROCESS.

- Sunday, 10/27 @ 10am
Sides Note:
- Week 1: Actors will work U/5's and DP roles. Your sides will be sent 24 hours in advance. You will be split into groups and read with Christy. You will do the U/5's twice and repeat the DP role at the top of Week 2. The class will also have a discussion of the Contract role and the differences between DP and Contract role.
- Week 2: Actors will work Contract roles, which will be sent a few days in advance. You will be split into groups again for these roles. You will perform the DP from Week 1 and then work the Contract role once only.
Format Note::Full Group. After the Q&A, actors will watch each other work - there might be some variation, but please on being at the studio for the duration of the class!
