Ani's Lesson Plan For All Workshops:

• ANI WILL GO OVER EACH ACTORS HEADSHOT AND RESUME
• AGENTS/MANAGERS: DIFFERENCES, IMPORTANCE OF EACH, ETC.
• PITCHES
• PILOT SEASON AUDITIONS VERSUS REGULAR AUDITIONS

 

 

We are thrilled to offer the  ACE Pilot Season Audition Prep Intensive. For this class, you will work w/ Ani Avetyan the first week, followed by Ani AND Johnny Webster (Thruline Entertainment) the second week!

Please only attend if you can attend BOTH weeks:

• Tuesday, 1.14 @ 7:30pm
• Tuesday, 1.21 @ 7:30pm

Please note the format for this intensive:

• Week 1: cold reads given out by Ani. These will be meaty scenes where Ani will focus on character work w/ very specific adjustments. This ain't your typical cold reading class!
• Week 2: Callback week. Actors will bring back the scenes from week 1, implementing the character work and adjustments. For this week, Johnny Webster (Thruline Entertainment) will also be present to provide even more feedback and adjustments!

 

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PREPARE MATERIAL FOR THIS EVENT. FOR ANI'S WORKSHOPS, SHE WILL PAIR UP ACTORS AND GIVE MATERIAL TO COLD READ. WHEN YOU ARRIVE, OUR RUNNER WILL COLLECT YOUR HEADSHOT SO ANI CAN DETERMINE WHAT TYPE OF SCENE TO ASSIGN YOU. AFTER 15-20 MINUTES, EACH PAIR WILL GO INTO THE ROOM AND PERFORM FOR ANI. SHE WILL THEN GIVE EACH ACTOR INDIVIDUAL FEEDBACK. AFTER YOU HAVE PERFORMED, YOU ARE FREE TO GO. WE WILL STILL STICK WITH THE PERFORMANCE SLOT ORDER THAT YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR!
