Michael is a professional actor and founder of The Work Place, a new acting studio dedicated to the working actor.

This is NOT a casting class or an introductory acting class. This is an advanced on-camera, technical, screen acting intensive focused on crafting high quality self-tapes, offered through The Work Place, Inc.
This intensive has been designed exclusively for actors with years of auditioning experience who are looking to take their work to the next level.

We will cover how to:
· Demystify the acting process
· Breakdown your sides quickly and accurately
· Use the conventions of screen acting to your advantage
· Incorporate behavior that helps tell the story
· Make “strong choices”
· Get off-book faster
· Only need to do a few takes
· Know which take to send
· Create tapes you're proud of faster

Sides Note: Prepared scenes. If selected, you will be assigned sides to prepare for the first day of the intensive. Sides will be sent out 48 hours in advance.
Format Note: This is an on-camera class. Everyone works. No more than 12 students. This intensive is 12 hours long, divided into two 6 hour classes, one week apart.
Cancellation Policy: Students who cancel with more than 72 hours notice will receive a full refund. Students who cancel within 72 hours of the first class will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the intensive. Students are expected to attend BOTH days of the intensive.

The Advanced Self-Tape Intensive has a maximum capacity of 12 students. Michael will inform those who have been selected on a rolling basis, until the class has been filled.
