We will start with a group Q&A in which I will introduce myself, talk about any show or shows that I’m working on and how my office works, then topics covered will include audition tips and information on how I feel is the best way for actors to approach auditions, as well as how important it is for them to keep their resumes, website, etc. updated. Other topics will include discussing headshots, the importance of being prepared and confident with their choices, specifics on comedy auditioning including the differences between single cam and multi cam, and the importance of honing cold reading skills.
Sides Note: Prepared scenes. Please prepare any scene that has been pre-approved (or listed on Script Clips). It must NOT run longer than three minutes. Always bring a second copy for the reader, with their lines highlighted and your name at the top. Please refer to our FAQs on what scenes are allowed.
