Michael Greenwald is the owner of Endorse Management Group, a Los Angeles based talent management company devoted to building and developing Hollywood's most distinguished talents. Greenwald has placed an emphasis on developing ethically diverse talent for the past two decades.
He was the Vice President of Talent at Don Buchwald & Associates Talent & Literary Agency, a position he held for 18 years and has worked in the entertainment industry for 24 years. He started his early career in New York at "Saturday Night Live," MTV and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Greenwald launched in Hollywood at Susan Smith & Associates and then the Paradigm Talent Agency where he worked with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Adrien Brody, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Scarlett Johansson. In 1996, he joined Don Buchwald & Associates where he develop the careers of Hilary Duff, Zach Quinto, America Ferrera, Pedro Pascal, Nadine Velasquez, Josh Duhamel, Rainn Wilson, Seth Green, Jim Caviezel, Josh Gad, Melissa Leo, Olivia Munn and Stephanie Beatriz who won a Golden Globe with the cast of "Brooklyn 99."
He has worked on the careers of Bai Ling, Robert Carradine, Maria Conchita Alonso, George Takei, Juliette Lewis, Norman Reedus, Fairuza Balk, Kathleen Turner, Elisabeth Rohm, DB Sweeney, Ernie Hudson and Cybil Shepard to name a few. A few milestones include: landing Rainn Wilson "Six Feet Under," Angie Harmon "Law & Order," Jim Caveizel in Thin Red Line and Frequency, Melissa Leo's role in "Frozen River" earning her an Oscar nomination, and the resurrection of the Star Trek icon George Takei's career landing him on Howard Stern as the announcer creating a following of 10 million followers on social media, Maulik Pancholy on "Weeds" and "Thirty Rock," and several of the cast on the NBC show "Outsourced".
In 2012, Greenwald was a judge of Miss Universe and has also been on the jury for many film festivals including the 2011 LA Latino International Film Festival.
Originally from New York, Greenwald was trained as an Art Director. He is a graduate of Parson’s School Of Design and Vassar College. Greenwald resides in Los Angeles, where he is a trained chef, certified yoga teacher, photographer and adventure mountain climber.
For this event, Michael will begin with a group Q&A. After that, he will work w/ each actor individually on their scenes. He plans to spend time with each actor, but he is not a clock watcher! Prepare for a longer evening at the studio!

Veteran talent agent Michael Greenwald, who had been
at Don Buchwald & Associates for 18 years, departed the agency at the beginning of this week. “After many years as an agent at DBA, Michael Greenwald has now become a manager,” West Coast president Julia Buchwald said. “We wish him nothing but the best.” Greenwald, who served as VP Talent at DBA since joining in 1996, is said to be in discussions with management companies about joining. Based in DBA’s Los Angeles office, he is credited with helping develop the careers of Hilary Duff, Zach Quinto, Josh Duhamel, Rainn Wilson, Seth Green and Jim Caviezel. In one of his last bookings for the agency, Greenwald got Elvis Nolasco cast in ABC drama pilot American Crime. Greenwald, a 24-year industry veteran, started in Hollywood at Susan Smith & Associates and worked at Paradigm before moving to DBA. He began his career in New York working for Saturday Night Live and MTV.
